About Tedd Carbone With over twenty years of experience in the mortgage industry, I have built my career on providing expert guidance and personalized solutions for homebuyers and homeowners. I got into the mortgage industry because I love helping people. Whether it's achieving homeownership or improving the quality of life for current homeowners, I take great pride in helping my clients work through the process confidently and with great care. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, which I believe gives me an edge in my role as VP of Mortgage Lending. I draw on my education to help craft each buyer's situation into one that achieves its greatest benefit for them. I pride myself on being transparent and detail oriented, allowing my borrowers to establish their own comfort level with the process. My role is to guide and advise allowing you to make the best decision for your situation. When I am not building great customer relationships, I enjoy Overlanding, Off Roading and traveling with Karen, my wife of over 20 years and our two amazing daughters. I reside in Arizona, the "great southwest" in the greatest country in the world.
